After clicking Request Withdrawal, enter the account name and amount
As mentioned in '1. Create Account & Steem Keychain',
Create account = create wallet
My steem wallet address = account name
Do not write notes

Create a Steem wallet assigned to you on the exchange

(It may change in the future, so always check the exchange's wallet address of steem)
My Steemit Wallet -> Upbit Steem Wallet -> My Steem wallet on Upbit
(You can also check the transfer history through @user.dunamu)

Click Steem in My Steem Wallet, then click Transfer

I should send it to the exchange wallet. so,
