There are two main types of rewards on Steemit
"Author reward" = reward when you write a post.
"Curation Reward" = like author reward when you like (upvote) someone else's post.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with these terms.

You can receive the reward for your writing after 7 days
After that, even if you receive a vote, you will not receive a reward.
You will only be rewarded once for each article you write.

Let's take a look at an example to help you understand.
here is the reward
This is because 7 days have passed since I wrote the post.
That's 13.112 Steem Dollars and 17.786 Steem.

(The curating reward (Steem Power) has been added a little, but it's not a big deal to worry about)
(Tron will be considered just a bonus)

Let's look at the article 7 days ago. If you click the part with the amount,

Steemit gives half of the money voted on a post to the people who voted for you.
So only half of the $52.03, $26.23 is mine..

Of that half, only half of the $26.23 ($13.115) will come in Steem, since I set the reward "50% in Steem 50% in Steem dollar" when you posting the article
So you get 13.115 Steem Dollars.

50% of this, $13.115, is based on the average exchange price of Steem. If the price of Steem is $1, you get 13.115, if it's $2, you get 6.5575.
Steem is rewarded in relation to the price of the exchange
In this case, I received 17.786 STEEM, which is about $0.73 in value.

Q) The exchange rate of Steem Dollars exceeds 10USD... What happened?

A) Steem Dollars are fixed at 1 dollar on Steemit. In other words, if you receive $10 in Steem Dollars, you get 10 Steem Dollars, and if you receive $20, you get 20 Steem Dollars.

1 dollar fixed regardless of exchange price!

Therefore, in the reward setting when writing the article,
When choosing whether to receive [100% Steem] or [50% Steem Dollars + 50% Steem]
50% + 50% would be advantageous.
Then when should I choose steem 100%..
When Steem Dollars are less than $1

Since it is far over $1 now, I hope you set the reward to 50% + 50% and get a lot of rewards.

With this written, how many Steem and Steem Dollars will I receive tomorrow?

My reward is half of $45.31, so I will get $22.655,
Half of this $22.655 is Steem Dollars, so 11.3275 Steem Dollars and about 15.517 Steem Power (assuming a Steem price of $0.73) will come in!

It may be difficult at first, but you'll get used to it after doing a few times!

Curating means that I click like button(upvote) on other people's posts.
Even if you like someone else's post, the author will receive a reward, and you will also receive a reward.
But! like should not be abused,so there is something called Voting Power (also called Voting Mana).
Just as mana disappears when you use skills in the game,
If you press Voting on Steemit, your Voting Power (= Voting Mana) will be lost by 2%.

ex) 98% when voting once at 100%, and 96.04% when pressing twice, 2% of 98% disappears
46.06% when voting once at 47%
Then how much will the voting power rise per hour?
That's 0.83%, which is about 20% per 24 hours.

Curating rewards increase in proportion to your Steem Power and Voting Power.
ex) $0.31 if you have 10000 Steem Power,
$0.64 if you have 20000 Steem Power,
$3.93 if you have 100,000 Steem Power
If $1 is stamped when the voting power is 100%, $0.5 is stamped when the voting power is 50%
